Vertical Flight Society has teamed up with Women And Drones, and its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) partners — P3 Tech Consulting (P3 Tech) and the Diversity Development Network of Canada (DDNC) — to help make positive changes across the workforce for all forms of advanced aviation. It started with a survey. This article discusses those joint initiatives.
