The idea of the 3Ps - Purpose, Passion & Purity originated from my TedX "Life and leadership, from a Lawyer". The 3Ps inspired the original company name, P3 Tech (albeit different Ps - People, Platforms, Policies) and continue to inspire everything we do in this company. The 3Ps have become our core values.

Dawn Zoldi
Dawn M.K. Zoldi (Colonel, United States Air Force Retired) is a licensed attorney, U.S. Air Force veteran and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of P3 Tech Consulting, connecting people who have a passion for advanced tech platforms with the plans, programs, policies and information they need to succeed. Dawn was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and commissioned through direct appointment in the Air Force in July 1993. In her almost 25 years of active duty as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (military attorney), she performed a myriad of duties at various command echelons in the continental U.S. & deployed. Upon retirement from active duty in 2018, she spent two years with the Office of the Air Force General Counsel as the Business Matters Attorney for the U.S. Air Force Academy and an additional one as the Deputy Director of the Academy’s Center for Character and Leadership Development. She is an internationally recognized expert on uncrewed aircraft systems and advanced air mobility law and policy. Her recognition includes: MOVE America (Mobility) - The Disruptors (2022), Airwards People’s Choice - Industry Impactor (2022), eVTOL Insights Powerbook (2022), Top 100 Women in Aerospace and Aviation to Follow on LinkedIn (2022, 2021) and the Woman to Watch in UAS - Leadership Award (2019). Her endeavors in the drone law, regulatory and policy arena include roles as a consultant for multiple technology companies, columnist & contributor for several magazines, host of multiple popular podcasts and educational workshop creator. She has strategic partnerships and leadership roles in multiple aerospace, drone education, non-profit, and media-related organizations. She is a former adjunct professor of homeland security, graduate-level adjunct for UAS law and policy and the author of the book Unmanned Aircraft Systems Legal and Business Considerations: A Modern Primer for U.S. Commercial Drone Programs. Dawn is also a Part 107 certified drone pilot.

Founder and CEO of UpStreem LLC, Mike Pehel has worked as a marketer in the commercial drone industry for over a decade and acted as an advocate and voice for the industry in his former role as Chair of the InterDrone conference. He has livestreamed and recorded countless industry interviews. Mike brings technical production skills from more than 10 years working in video and content development and a passion for innovative marketing techniques. When not producing podcasts, you can find Mike building websites and fostering community growth on Discord.

Since 2019, Akshata has been a dedicated advocate of drone technology. A trained engineer, she's worked with Hackster, Dronecode, and Women Who Drone, channeling her passion into real-world impact. Akshata's a tech-savvy writer, known for creating motivating content that deeply resonates. Her approach extends to her role as a thought leader, where she sparks meaningful conversations around drones and their potential. Her talent for clear communication also positions her as the go-to person for simplifying complexities and building bridges.
Maggie Schuster
Clubhouse Co-Host
Owner of UAS Plus Services LLC, Maggie is a commercial drone services & solutions provider and expert certified FAA 107 Pilot & crew resource management team leader. Her primary focus areas include drone training, education, safety & drone integration as well as diversity & inclusion to enrich the drone industry. She co-created the “Know Before You Fly Your Drone” workshops for Texas. Maggie is a well known public speaker on drone technology.
